“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.”-Melody Beattie
Walking on seashore, I felt connection between my feet and the sand. It was silent, patient, waiting for every wave to come and quench her thirst. Same sand in the Sahara, covers every being with its existence when it combines with air to form most devastating storms, resulting pain only. Deserts are full of whirling lonely air and grounds full of anguish. Why is it so that both being same, signifies so different characteristics?
One show completeness when touched by sea waves, patiently waits for every wave to come and meet at the coast, and later whirls, giving birth to windstorms destroying everything, impatiently twirling, leading to chaos.
Both differs in terms of being patient and selflessness, resulting in gratitude. Impatience and self-awareness are seeds of self-seeking, which gives birth to ego destroying everything around. In contrast, having firm belief and encounter with the superior energy of peace by seeking existence of God, accepting the Life as it is, ultimately leads to patience and gratitude.
“The Flourishing valley giving rise to undeniable miracles, signifies presence of beauty, happiness, and life, certainly has been result of endurance of storms patiently with gratitude, and welcoming every Sun rise leading to a new day”- by Rabia Sial
